SANA Ceremonial Matcha Tea Set includes:
MAKING MATCHA THE TRADITIONAL WAY
The Chashaku (tea scoop) is the traditional utensil for measuring a perfect serving of Matcha green tea powder (about 1 tsp). Made from bamboo, the Chashaku is used to delicately place a small portion of Matcha powder into your Chawan (Matcha bowl).
Pour in a splash of warm (not boiling) water - roughly 2-4 tbsp - to keep the matcha's vibrant green colour and nutritional goodness. Whisk in a "W" shape - until frothy. And voila! Your matcha is ready to pour over over 250ml hot water or milk for a deliciously nourishing and energising drink, without the jitters or crash of coffee.
