Return and Refund Policy

Setamono is proud of the products on offer and very confident of the delivery methods we employ. If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival we will gladly replace the product. It needs to be notified within 2 days of receiving the goods. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of Setamono. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product.

If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to resolve any claims.

Once the products have been used they are unable to be returned or exchanged. No refunds are offered on Sale Items or items purchased under a specific Promotion/Special.

Welcome Discount Code

The 10% discount code issued upon email signup is valid for your first purchase only and must be applied at checkout. This code cannot be applied retrospectively. If the code is not redeemed at the time of your first purchase, no refund or credit will be issued for the discount value. Setamono is unable to honour this code on any subsequent orders.
