Steamed Beef & Vegetable with Butter


Serves 4

300g Chuck Steak 1 bag Bean Sprouts
Carrot 2 cloves Garlic
1/4 Cabbage 20g Butter



  1. Chop beef into cubes, slice carrot and cabbage thinly. Slice garlic.
  2. Put beef, carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts and butter in the donabe, cover with a lid and steam on a flame.
  3. After beef is cooked through, eat with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce and vinegar).
