Steamed Beef & Vegetable with Butter

300g | Chuck Steak | 1 bag | Bean Sprouts |
1 | Carrot | 2 cloves | Garlic |
1/4 | Cabbage | 20g | Butter |
METHOD
- Chop beef into cubes, slice carrot and cabbage thinly. Slice garlic.
- Put beef, carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts and butter in the donabe, cover with a lid and steam on a flame.
- After beef is cooked through, eat with Ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce and vinegar).
