Mushroom & Prawn Ajillo


Ajillo – Garlic Flavoured
Serves 4

12 Shelled Prawns 2 Anchovy Fillets
10 Mushrooms 1 Red Bell Pepper
2 cloves Garlic 100ml Olive Oil



  1. Slice garlic, remove seeds and slice red pepper.
  2. Mash anchovy into paste and put in the donabe. Heat olive oil and fry mushroom together.
  3. Add shrimp in 2. and cook through.
