Create distinctive flavors using the included nigari (bittern) solution—enough for 16 blocks. The comprehensive set features 8 nigari packets, a straining cloth, finishing cloth, and detailed instructions. For longevity, hand wash thoroughly and ensure complete drying before storing. This traditional press is not compatible with dishwashers.
