This small wooden Oyanagi Benri mandoline slicer is a great tool for all passionate cooks. This slicer has a long slicing surface and a very sharp blade for precise and easy slicing. Ideal for using with cucumbers, carrots, onions, leeks, and other small vegetables and fruits that need thinly slicing - even ginger, garlic or cheese. When using, always place on a flat surface and slice slowly. Do not slice diagonally or horizontally. The blade is extremely sharp so do not use with shortened vegetables.
