Part of Akizukien's Original Organic Tea range, this Japanese Oolong Tea is made from Minami Sayaka, a roasted green tea variety, and is characterized by its high aroma and clean taste. The degree of fermentation is a little weak and some green color remains in the tea leaves. Therefore, the water color is a beautiful golden color. It is popular for its taste and aroma, which cannot be compared with those of ordinary oolong teas.
Akizukien Organic Teas are certified by Organic JAS in Japan. They contain no flavouring or colouring agents, and are made with the utmost care from soil preparation to the environment.
