Brewing Guidelines (2 Servings)

• Tea Leaves: 5g
• Water: 400ml (adjust to taste)
• Water Temperature: 75–80°C
• Steeping Time: 2 minutes

For the second and third infusions, use slightly hotter water and steep for approximately 45 seconds. Higher brewing temperatures will draw out more of the tea's natural catechins and tannins, resulting in a fuller-bodied, slightly more robust flavour.
