In addition, unlike the Peel S, the standard Nii Tsumasan machine can cut, rotary peel and garnish. Also the blade parts are easily changeable.
Alongside the Chiba “Peel S”, this device has has a great reputation for cutting “Katsuramuki”. Katsuramuki refers to the traditional cutting technique that creates long, thin sheets from cylindrical vegetables as a garnish, traditionally Daikon, in Japan.
Achieve the refined art of "Katsuramuki" with this manual vegetable slicer, crafting exquisite spiral cuts from an array of produce—courgettes, squash, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and onions—with remarkable precision. These delicate slices elevate culinary presentations, whether adorning salads, enhancing sandwiches, or providing sophisticated garnishes.
This slicer is made of durable plastic and stainless steel for quality and precision, and is a great addition to any kitchen, deli, restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.
