Lightweight, exceptionally absorbent and beautifully soft, the Maruyama Binchotan Charcoal-infused RIB Fitness Towel is a thoughtfully designed and anti-odour Japanese alternative to the conventional sports towel.

Made in Nara, Japan, using Maruyama’s specialist textile-weaving techniques, its breathable construction absorbs moisture efficiently while drying quickly between uses. Compact and easy to carry, it is ideal for the gym, yoga and Pilates, running, hiking, cycling, travel or simply keeping close at hand on warm days.

Unlike a bulky towel, Maruyama’s lightweight woven fabric takes up very little space in a gym or travel bag. The textile becomes increasingly soft and supple through washing and repeated use, developing the wonderfully comfortable handle characteristic of Maruyama’s fabrics.

Its elongated proportions also make it particularly practical during exercise - easy to drape around the neck, carry on a walk or use to quickly dry the face and hands.

Use: Fitness, yoga, running, hiking, cycling, travel and everyday use

Care: Wash before first use to soften the fibres and maximise absorbency. Hand or machine wash with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which may affect the fibres and absorbency. Reshape after washing and allow to air dry. Some shrinkage after the first washes is a natural characteristic of the fabric.
