A small flat bamboo brush meticulously crafted by artisans for the precise task of carefully scraping ginger and garlic residue from graters and pestle & mortars.

Expertly crafted by Japanese artisans using indigenous bamboo, this fine-toothed scraper brush serves as an essential culinary tool. Designed specifically for use with Oroshigane graters and Suribachi mortars, it efficiently removes finely processed ingredients such as ginger root, sesame seeds, chilli, garlic and citrus zest from traditional Japanese grinding surfaces.

An essential implement for the serious cook who values both functionality and traditional Japanese kitchen efficiency.
