The garment-dyeing process gently washes away the starch used during sewing, resulting in a texture that feels as soft as if it has already been lovingly laundered.

What is "Kyo Wazarashi Mensya"?
Kyo Wazarashi Mensya, a variation of cotton gauze made using a traditional Japanese technique, has been used for many years. The method allows pockets of air between the fiber layers, making the cotton highly absorptive and breathable.

Care Instructions:
To preserve the softness and natural texture of your gauze pajamas:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Wash separately or with similar colours
- Use mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
- Avoid high heat, which may cause shrinkage
- Light ironing on low if desired (wrinkles are part of the fabric’s natural character)
With proper care, the fabric will continue to soften beautifully over time.
