Crafted by Wakasa craftsmen this premium chopstick gift set contains two pairs of wooden chopsticks decorated in Kikukomon (chrysanthemum emblem of the imperial family in Japan) along with 2 with two beautiful Shishimai rests neatly packaged and boxed.
The "shishi" is inspired by the lion and is a symbol of sacred beasts capable of expelling evil.
Dipped dark black Kikukomon chopsticks are 23cm
Red Kikukomon chopsticks are 21cm
Made by Kawai in Obama city, Fukui prefecture founded in 1943.
Hand washing is recommended for the rests.
Only the chopsticks are dishwasher safe.
