This 100% vegan miso soup from Nakamo combines a mildly sweet miso with a blend of vegetables, kombu, and shiitake mushrooms. The instant miso soup also contains vegetable stock (onion, cabbage, carrot), as well as spinach, green onions, and Chinese cabbage, with no animal ingredients.
Simply put the miso and vegetable ingredients in a cup, pour in boiling water, and stir.
Gluten-free. No added MSG. Vegan.
Directions: Put the miso soup, the miso soup ingredients and about 180ml of boiling water into a cup/bowl and stir well. For the best taste, it is recommended to only open the air-tight packet when you are wanting to make the soup.
Care: Be careful when handling boiling water. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
Ingredients: Rice miso (soybeans, rice, salt, starch syrup, sugar), fermented seasoning, salt, kelp extract, vegetable stock, shiitake mushroom extract, alcoholic spirit, seaweed, spinach, green onion, Chinese cabbage. Allergens: Soy.
