These sought-after limited edition folding pocket knives - similar to our Higonokami - are made by the late Tomita Osamu. Mr Tomita used Shirogami white paper cutlery steel to make the blades, with the handle made from wrought iron, making this an extremely durable pocket knife that will last a life-time in any condition.
Mr Tomita was the third generation in his family of blacksmiths. He forged knives entirely by himself in Miki, Japan, for over 55 years before he sadly passed away in 2021.
Comes packaged in a Paulownia Gift Box with its own knife slip bag.
Two different knife blades available - hammered finish and non-hammered finish.

Blade length: 7.5cm
Care Instructions: Wash knife immediately after use with water. Dry the surface of the knife by pouring hot water of it and wipe this off with a tissue. Apply oil and then wipe off the oil with a tissue. Put the knife in to a dry storage space. If you leave the knife wet or with food on it, it will rust.
If rust appears please use our rust eraser to bring it back to it's original state.

Your parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order or POP, if an EFT. Rural delivery may take a little bit longer. We will always advise if there is an expected delay.

All delivery costs for products delivered within South Africa are based on a flat rate fee, if under R880 in retail value. R100 for within Cape Town and R120 for National. We also offer a Collection option which is free of charge.
