Product Description
Koshihikari rice is prized for its glossy appearance, tender bite, and naturally sweet, well-rounded flavour. When cooked, the grains become delicately sticky yet retain a satisfying structure, making them ideal for both everyday meals and refined Japanese cuisine. Its subtle fragrance and umami-rich taste elevate even the simplest dishes - from steamed rice bowls to sushi and onigiri.
Grown in fertile soils nourished by pure mountain water and seasonal climates, each grain reflects Japan’s dedication to agricultural excellence. Kitoku Shinryo Co., Ltd. ensures careful selection, polishing, and quality control, preserving the integrity and freshness of every harvest.

Cooking Guidance
Rinse the rice gently under cold water until the water runs mostly clear. Soak for 20–30 minutes before cooking to allow the grains to absorb moisture evenly. Use a ratio of approximately 1:1.1–1.25 (rice to water), then cook using a rice cooker or stovetop. Let rest briefly after cooking to achieve the perfect texture.
Care & Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal freshness, keep rice in an airtight container and consume within a few months of opening. In warmer climates, refrigeration is recommended to maintain quality.
