Designed by Mino Tsuchida, the MinoSharp PLUS 3 is a small and easy to use sharpener suitable for all brands of kitchen knives. There are three ceramic whetstones/wheels - rough, medium and fine - to put a new edge on your knife.
Simply fill the container with water and run the knife back and forth through the slots, applying slight pressure. The water serves to rinse the revolving ceramic whetstones and to prevent over-heating of the knife blade.
Start with the Coarse ceramic wheel (Blue), move on to Medium (Brown) and finally end on Fine (Yellow) to finish off. Follow the clear instructions on the box closely.
When sharpening is complete, hand wash the knife in hot water and carefully dry with a dry towel or cloth before use.
Minosharp Plus sharpeners have extra wide slots suitable for thicker bladed knives, including European-style knives.

We use a selection of reputable national courier companies for deliveries, depending on the delivery address. Your parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order or POP, if an EFT. Rural delivery may take a little bit longer. We will always advise if there is an expected delay.

All delivery costs for products delivered within South Africa are based on a flat rate fee, if under R1250 in retail value. R105 for within Cape Town and R120 for National. We also offer a Collection option which is free of charge.
