Part of Akizukien's Original Organic Tea range, this green tea is an ancient Japanese native species and is a seedling tea. Akizukien make this particular tea from a 100 year old tree that has been nurtured with nature over generations. The fermentation process is stopped by roasting in a kettle, which gives this roasted green tea its characteristic savory taste and aroma.
Akizukien Old Tree's Organic Green Tea is certified by Organic JAS in Japan. It contains no flavouring or colouring agents, and is a product made with the utmost care from soil preparation to the environment.
